- Job posting and proactive talent sourcing across different platforms
- Initial interviews with candidates from Mexico, LATAM, and North America
- Support with psychometric assessments and interpretation of reports
- Database maintenance and candidate tracking
- Interaction with a wide variety of roles and profiles across the globe
- Involvement in special HR and recruitment projects with an international scope
* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

Cabin check! To join our crew, you’ll need a mix of the following requirements:
- Studying a Bachelo'rs degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proficent in English language
- Basic knowledge of:
• Interviews (in-person and virtual)
• Recruitment processes
• Job boards and digital platforms management - Must possess a legal work permit in Mexico
Know more about the benefits:
- Monthly financial support: $5,000.00 MXN
- Hybrid scheme: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
- Flexible morning schedule (5 hours daily, Monday to Friday)
- Additional monthly bonus of $2,500 MXN with valid TOEFL score (minimum 565 pts)
- Social service credit available (with universities that allow formal agreements)
