Salary
The salary for this internship is EUR 1,448.41 - gross/month (38.5 h/week) in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
As part of the realignment of the Cabin Recruitment, Training & Development department, you will actively support the development of the new organizational unit as an intern and gain insights into training portfolio development, process design and feedback dashboards.
- You actively participate in the development of the training portfolio, research current best practices and compile proposals for future modules
- You analyze operational processes (recruitment, onboarding, training) and develop target processes in the team
- You help build the trainer skills community by designing a data structure for trainer profiles and initiating initial skill mapping contacts
- You create concepts for KPI reporting: identify key figures, outline dashboards and define data sources
- You develop the candidate & crew journey: identify relevant touchpoints, define feedback loops and model the overall process

You are motivated to actively shape change. You are interested in topics related to organizational development, training and recruiting.
- You are studying business administration, HR management, (business) psychology, organizational development or similar.
- You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
- You have very good IT skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- You have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of process documentation and KPI calculations
- You have an independent, structured way of working and the ability to present complex topics in an understandable way
- You enjoy working in a team, are communicative and are not afraid to take initiative
- You are fluent in German and business fluent in written and spoken English
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
