The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for:

  • Enters into transportation agreements with customers
  • Processes customer requests & performs bookings as per the booking process & the Cargo Booking Manual
  • Books standard & special products which include Other Airline segments & conducts a loadability & profitability check before offering a rate
  • Makes quotations for ad hoc pricing requests following the rules of Target Pricing & considering profitability, the customer’s willingness to pay and upselling potentia
  • Manages LTC bookings & shares information on allocation performance as well as new allocation potential with Outside Sales Representative
  • Supports sales team to achieve revenue & tonnage budgets
  • Manages account data in the CRM tools & communicates updates to relevant stakeholders

 

* Performs all other duties assigned by supervisors

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

  • High school diploma / GED required
  • Bachelor's degree desirable
  • 1-2 years of cargo experience or equivalent required
  • Fluency in English and Korean language required
  • Knowledge in Airfreight, Logistics, Transportation and Sales
  • Advanced IT knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of all relevant LH Cargo systems
