Our department is responsible for ensuring consistent visual and sensorial SWISS brand experience across all passenger touchpoints. We develop and evolve brand design elements, lead brand identity&design projects, manage the Brand Design Guidelines and act as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Support the Brand Identity & Design project team in planning, developing, and implementing branding projects
- Act as a point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners (brand agencies, producers, group companies, and Star Alliance representatives)
- Assist with branding projects in areas such as airport signage, inflight product, merchandising, corporate photography, naming, print, UI/UX design experience and interior design
- Manage and further develop the SWISS image gallery and other internal online platforms
- Maintain and update the various SWISS design guidelines
- Handle general administrative and organizational tasks

- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Marketing/Communications, or a related field
- Strong affinity for and interest in brand design & identity and aesthetics
