  • Leads Quality Committee, aligning quality strategy, standards & cross-functional initiatives
  • Plans & evaluates internal audits; ensures exchange with quality institutions; recommends improvements
  • Implements & maintains DIN ISO 9001-2015 across tm group
  • Guides planning & implementation of quality policy & objectives
  • Main contact for customer audits; ensures readiness, transparency & timely resolution
  • Reviews & develops QM system continuously
  • Coordinates, consults & trains managers and staff on all QM matters

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, quality management, or a comparable field
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office
  • German language skills are an advantage
