As the QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsabilities, incluiding:
- Works with various departments in order to resolve compliance issues, provides recommendations for root cause, and corrective actions; maintains continuous communication throughout problem resolution process
- Provide training as needed regarding compliance issues, regulation changes and criteria across the site
- Support the Lead Auditor in continually monitoring procedural compliance to AS/EN 9110, C.A.S.E, 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station, and Part 121 customer requirments
- Understand and manage the root cause, corrective and preventive action processes
- Quality Improvement Facilitator - initiates and facilitates group resolutions and changes
- Create detailed quality audit plans, schedules, and checklists as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- 1-2 years of experience as Quality Assurance Auditor
- Fluency in English language required
- ASQ Auditor Certification a definite plus – ASQ-CQA (Certified Quality Auditor)
- AS9110 lead auditor certification is preferred
- Knowledge of FAA Regulations 14 CFR Part 145, 121, C.A.S.E., and AS/EN 9110
- Ability to lead Audits
- Understanding and ability in MS Office as user
- Excellent analytical skills
