Your main tasks include, among others:
- Drive commercial growth by promoting emergency logistics solutions across North America
- Manage full sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, solution development, and contract negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new accounts while expanding existing customer relationships
- Align regional sales strategies with global directives and market insights
- Collaborate with internal and international teams on account planning, proposals, and marketing initiatives
- Represent time:matters at industry events, trade shows, and during regular customer visits
- Monitor performance, manage budgets, and maintain accurate forecasts in CRM
- Contribute to product and service improvements based on customer and market feedback

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree desirable
- 2+ years in logistics sales or freight forwarding for Life Sciences
- 5+ years in enterprise sales with six-figure deal success
- Fluent in English
- German and Spanish language skills desirable
- Strong knowledge of transport supply chains and logistics processes
- Airfreight, US cargo, and international customs knowledge desirable
- Skilled in cargo and airfreight sales management
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication, customer orientation, and professionalism
- Must have U.S. work permit and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel and complete assessment screening
