As a Facility Management intern at SWISS, you’ll support the planning, coordination and improvement of FM processes at our Zurich and Basel sites – gaining hands-on experience in daily operations, project work and infrastructure management.
- Support in day-to-day and strategic Facility Management operations
- Assist with projects, tender processes, and process optimization
- Conduct data analysis, reporting, and on-site inspections
- Prepare presentations and documentation for management

You are a proactive student or recent graduate with an interest in infrastructure, processes, and operations. You enjoy working independently, think analytically, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, aviation-related environment.
- Workload Specification: For this position, an 100% workload is preferred.
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in Facility Management, Real Estate, Civil Engineering Architecture, or Business Administration
- Analytical mindset with a structured and hands-on working style
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in German, good command of English
- Willingness to travel between Zurich and Basel
