What you'll do:
- Organize optimal workflow
- Manage sales activities including proactive calls, customer relations, allotment, sales quotations
- Handle bookings, quotations, and ad-hoc requests with consideration for bi-weekly revenue targets and capacity forecasts, focusing on high-yield opportunities
- Proactively sell and promote available capacities
- Process and manage claims and tracing inquiries efficiently
- Close cooperation with national airports, with Flight Dispo and cargo telex
- Cooperate closely with local organizations and Head Quarters in Zurich
- Be the pricing coordinator for the Italian Market and other EMEA countries
- Master in analytical skills, supported by LX systems (PDT), CASS/World ACD, PowerBI, Excel
- Be updated with My SWISS WorldCargo news, elaborate market trends, and follow local SOP and guidelines

The ideal Local Pricing Coordinator and Customer Service Agent should meet the following requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, internet, e-mail)
- Ongoing development and training in Customer Service and Pricing
- Familiarity with tools such as PDT, SkyChain, Excel, and PowerBI is an advantage
- Experience in the cargo business is an asset
- Native Italian speaker
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- German is an asset
- Open minded and positive attitude
- High degree of flexibility and resistance to stress
- Ownership of assigned tasks
- High team spirit and multicultural sensibility
- Be discrete (VAL business) and work focused on given objectives and priorities
- Willingness to visit customers jointly with Executive Sales and collaborate closely with them
- Willingness to travel domestic/international for trainings and events when required
