The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Responsible for warehouse process from receiving until material is put out and billed
  • Receives, unpacks, inspects, labels and stores away material and paperwork of incoming material
  • Prepares, packs and tracks outgoing shipments
  • Keeps records of incoming/outgoing materials & paperwork to ensure back-to-birth traceability 
  • Ensures that process requirements for warehouse organization, material storage and issuance as well as booking procedures are followed at all times
  • Counts and reconciles material and ensures that inventory levels in the ERP system are correct
  • Participates in 5S and lean improvement activities
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements including crewmember discipline and documentation

 * Perform all other duties as assigned by Logistics Manager

  • Bachelor's degree desirable
