The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for:
- Responsible for warehouse process from receiving until material is put out and billed
- Receives, unpacks, inspects, labels and stores away material and paperwork of incoming material
- Prepares, packs and tracks outgoing shipments
- Keeps records of incoming/outgoing materials & paperwork to ensure back-to-birth traceability
- Ensures that process requirements for warehouse organization, material storage and issuance as well as booking procedures are followed at all times
- Counts and reconciles material and ensures that inventory levels in the ERP system are correct
- Participates in 5S and lean improvement activities
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements including crewmember discipline and documentation
* Perform all other duties as assigned by Logistics Manager

- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree desirable
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Leadership experience
- Fluency in English language required
- German language desirable
- Knowledge in FAA and EASA regulatory requirements
- MS Excel, Word and Outlook as user
