What you'll do:
- Sell and promote actively and efficiently Swiss WorldCargo’s products and capacities at the highest yield possible
- Ensure optimal service based on Swiss WorldCargo’s Vision and Quality Standards
- Optimize flights/trucks scheduled ex Italy
- Tightly collaborate with Executive Sales team
- Organize optimal workflow
- Manage sales activities including proactive calls, customer relations, allotment, sales quotations
- Manage bookings, quotations and ad-hocs considering bi-weekly revenue levels/capacity forecast. Be high yield oriented
- Sell proactively available capacities
- Manage allotments and inform sales executive about low-trends and underperformance
- Cooperate closely with local organizations and Head Quarters in Zurich
- Be updated with My SWISS WorldCargo news, elaborate market trends, and follow local SOP and guidelines
- Be responsible of assigned lanes and Customers

The ideal Inside Sales Agent should meet the following requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, internet, e-mail)
- Additional training or professional development in Customer Service is a plus
- Experience in the cargo business is an asset
- Native Italian speaker
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- German is an asset
- Open-minded with a positive attitude
- Flexible and able to perform well under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility and task ownership
- Team-oriented with awareness of cultural diversity
- Discreet (VAL business) and focused on achieving set goals and priorities
- Willingness to take risks and initiatives
- Willingness to visit customers jointly with Executive Sales and collaborate closely with them
- Willingness to travel domestic/international for trainings and events when required
