  • Provide technical support to end-user
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware 
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and manage the lifecycle of hardware assets
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account provisioning, and access rights
  • Maintain and configure the security camera and access control system
  • Maintain and repair the office electrical system
  • Support and maintain electrical panels
  • Inspect and test electrical sockets and extension cords regularly to ensure safety compliance. 
  • Repair standard office door mechanisms
  • Perform basic plumbing tasks
  • Remove and reinstall kitchen appliances when needed
  • Conduct basic maintenance of air conditioning
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Exchange
  • Very good communication behavior as well as high service and customer orientation
  • Very good English skills, German skills preferred
  • Willingness to travel
