HR Operations, with its Payroll, Social Insurance, HR Services & Digital Solutions and Time Management departments, ensures customer-oriented and modern HR services for all personnel groups at SWISS. In our team in Zurich Kloten we have a vacancy for the position of Payroll Expert Flying Staff.
- Executing monthly payroll runs and handling all pre- and post-payroll activities for flying personnel
- Entering and maintaining employee and payroll data in SAP HCM (onboarding and offboarding, salary and working time changes, variable allowances, etc.)
- Performing account reconciliations for HR-related accounts in SAP HCM
- Preparing employment contracts and payroll-relevant certificates
- Creating various reports and statistics using SAP HCM
- Supporting the implementation of collective labor agreements, HR policies, HR processes, and legal requirements into administrative, payroll, and technical procedures and systems
- Collaborating with various departments on process optimization and documentation to improve overall efficiency

- Completed commercial training and further education in HR
- 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration
- Very good knowledge of SAP HCM, experience with SuccessFactors EC and/or UKG People Doc is an advantage
- Knowledge of Swiss labor- and social security law
- Interest in HR processes and high affinity for IT applications
- Enthusiasm for numbers and analytical-conceptual strength
- Knowledge of process optimization and digitalization
- Independent working style as well as high quality level
- Strong customer and service orientation with a high level of problem-solving skills
- Experience in working with Excel
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
