What you’ll do:

  • Own the S2P tech landscape – align architecture with business goals and group strategy
  • Mentor and guide – application/module managers to deliver a seamless digital procurement experience
  • Be the expert voice – advise procurement teams and lead with thought leadership
  • Drive real impact – work with stakeholders to boost efficiency, streamline processes, and create value
  • Optimize and innovate – monitor performance, identify improvements, and lead smart efficiency initiatives
  • Shape the future – stay ahead of trends and bring in scalable, cutting-edge ProcureTech solutions

We're looking for Strategic Procurement Leader with a passion for digital innovation to join our Team. If transforming procurement through smart technologies and streamlined processes is your thing, you might be exactly who we need.

What you'll need:

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • A strong track record in end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process management and system rollouts across global matrix organizations
  • In-depth expertise with leading procurement platforms like SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, Jaggaer, or similar
  • Broad knowledge across strategic, tactical, and operational procurement
  • Analytical mindset with a keen interest in emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain, RPA, IoT, etc.)
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional S2P projects and delivering measurable procurement improvements
  • Willingness to travel
