As Material Coordinator Base Maintenance, you’ll manage logistics for outsourced maintenance, ensuring timely delivery and parts availability. You’ll coordinate with teams to resolve issues and support smooth operations, reporting to the Strategic Purchaser.
Material Supply & Procurement
- Define and manage material needs for planned maintenance
- Ensure timely delivery for heavy checks, paint, and cabin mods
- Procure materials per work packages and ops needs
- Track, document, and return unused materials
Data Management & Coordination
- Maintain accurate AMOS records
- Coordinate with teams to resolve issues and optimize orders
- Manage shipments, returns, and turnaround
MRO Support & Inventory
- Approve MRO requests and ensure invoicing accuracy
- Oversee inventory, audits, and stock tracking
- Report KPIs on usage and supplier performance
- Support AMOS training and compliance
- Align with Inventory Manager on availability and reporting
Operational Support
- Set up and close MRO lines
- Provide on-site support as needed
- Perform tasks to meet ops needs

- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in material coordination or inventory, preferably aviation
- Solid knowledge of supply chain, purchasing, and logistics
- Strong analytical skills; experienced with large data sets
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to challenges
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiar with aviation material regulations
- Proactive, independent, and solution-focused mindset
- Willing to work weekends during peak periods; travel up to 30%
- Proficient in ERP (AMOS) and advanced MS Office
- Fluent in English; Dutch/French is a plus
