When you join our team, you will:

  • Responsible for the preparation and administration of the business trips orders
  • Organize company business travels – flight tickets, accommodation, rent-a-cars, etc.
  • Research and handles visa processes where needed.
  • Other tasks related to the business travel topic
  • Works with company systems – SAP.
  • Supports the team in terms of administrating working time of the employees
  • Prepares reports

  • Experience with the Amadeus GDS is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Communication skills, ability to plan effectively and work under pressure

  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • University degree in Tourism, Business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in a similar position
