Join Brussels Airlines as Inventory Manager! Strategically manage technical spare parts to meet safety, operational & financial goals. Define stocking policies, align with fleet needs, and ensure compliance. Report to Head of Supply Chain; deputized by Warehouse Manager.
Inventory Management and Analysis
- Define stocking policies aligned with safety, ops & financial goals
- Analyze KPIs (turnover, lead times, service levels) to optimize stock
- Set criteria for material availability per fleet
- Conduct reprovisioning based on component reliability
- Build forecasts using historical trends
Aircraft Transition & Obsolescence
- Manage spares for phased-out fleets & obsolete stock
- Define sales strategy for scrap/unused items
- Align with engineering on tech/config changes
Collaboration & Training
- Align with CAMO, AOC & Part-145
- Support procurement & scrap sales
- Train teams & lead cross-functional workshops
- Align stock with ops needs
Performance & Compliance
- Define/analyze KPIs & report on inventory value
- Ensure compliance with CAME, MOE, Part-145/CAMO
- Improve ProX processes for efficiency

- Bachelor’s in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in inventory planning, ideally in aviation/aerospace
- Strong in calculation models, statistics, and supply chain principles
- Skilled in stock steering, purchasing, and logistics
- Analytical mindset; confident with large datasets
- Strong communicator; thrives in fast-paced settings
- Knowledge of aviation inventory regulations and used parts market
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
- Proficient in inventory software, databases, analytics tools & MS Office
- Fluent in English; Dutch/French is a plus
