Your tasks as Process Manager, may include, among others:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains and cost reduction across various departments
  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including workflows, standard operation procedures, and best practices
  • Implement and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, share insights, and drive process improvements
  • Monitor and assess the quality of processes, addressing any issues or deviations promptly
  • Synchronize IT adjustments in collaboration with the T/TI team
  • Thoroughly test and meticulously document results in readiness for IT adjustments
  • Work in projects related to the responsible processes

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • 2 years of experience in MRO or Consultant / Business Intelligence required
  • Experience in process management, analysis, improvement, and design, with a preference for experience in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) environment required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) desirable
  • Knowledge in process design and management, customer service, account management desirable
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
