As the Project Stream Manager Engine Services Operation Readiness, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:
- Independently manage and supervise the procurement of facility management service provides including processes in close cooperation with the production manager
- Develop improvement plans while ramping up a production place (e.g. optimize processes, initiate local repairs, tool maintenance, as well as production of tools and equipment) within the project in a time and cost-efficient manner
- Support change, ensure successful transfer and stabilization into routine operation
- Efficiently communicate with corresponding LHT interfaces or other involved business units
- Efficiently communicate with local vendors for PPE, consumable and equipment acquisition in respect to LHT internal quality standards and processes
- Manage risks

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- University degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in international business environment, project management, particularly in engineering or construction projects
- Business fluent knowledge of English language
- Distinct knowledge of project management techniques and tools desirable
- Technical knowledge in aerospace industry, specifically engine services desirable
- Good knowledge of risk management principles and best practices desirable
- PMP or similar certification is desirable
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Willingness to work in Calgary, Canada and abroad
