- You set the vision for Austrian Airlines' customer service experience, focusing on the Vienna hub.
- You analyze complex data from all customer service touchpoints to enhance our offerings.
- You develop and evaluate innovative experiences to boost customer satisfaction using quantitative and qualitative data.
- You enhance customer servicing processes on customer experience priorities.
- You ensure consistency and quality in high-priority customer experiences.
- You collaborate with Digital Hangar and Lufthansa Group to enhance customer satisfaction and strong Austrian representation.
- You drive cross-functional cooperation to shape the Lufthansa Group's customer service strategy.
- You identify and develop revenue opportunities within the customer servicing framework.

- You have a bachelors degree in business, hospitality or related field and first experiences in customer-focused roles.
- You are experienced in analyzing complex data, customer servicing experience and technologies is a plus.
- You possess a strong customer service mindset, combined with a high level of creativity, drive and focus on innovation.
- You demonstrate the ability to develop service and hospitality concepts, ideally with prior experience in the airline industry.
- You have strong communication skills and approach internal and external stakeholders openly.
- You work in a structured and independent manner and keep an overview even in complex processes.
- You are fluent in both English and German (spoken & written).
- You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
