- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years
- At least 3 years in a leadership role and 5+ years in a relevant industry
- Proven success as a Managing Director or senior leader with a collaborative, inclusive leadership approach
- Track record of driving change, turnaround initiatives, and strategic growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial insight and business development skills
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent communicator: fluent English required; additional local languages a plus
- Strong organizational, team-building, and financial management capabilities
- High intercultural awareness and ability to thrive in a matrixed, global environment
- Willingness to travel frequently, including on short notice
- Work Authorization: Eligible to work in Netherlands without restrictions
