  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role and 5+ years in a relevant industry
  • Proven success as a Managing Director or senior leader with a collaborative, inclusive leadership approach
  • Track record of driving change, turnaround initiatives, and strategic growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial insight and business development skills
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Excellent communicator: fluent English required; additional local languages a plus
  • Strong organizational, team-building, and financial management capabilities
  • High intercultural awareness and ability to thrive in a matrixed, global environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including on short notice
  • Work Authorization: Eligible to work in Netherlands without restrictions
