The Product Sales Manager (Open Loop) is responsible for:

  • Manage customers, sales projects, and tenders for long-term component support in Asia Pacific
  • Lead projects and coordinate inquiries with Group sales
  • Calculate business plans for component services in line with commercial guidelines
  • Align with internal and external stakeholders in Asia and Germany
  • Draft proposals and present offers to promote LHT’s services
  • Negotiate contracts per segment standards and risk profile
  • Support transition from sales to service start
  • Identify improvements with internal units to boost satisfaction
  • Monitor competitors and trends to protect business
  • Attend events and perform other assigned duties

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Relations, preferably in aviation MRO or technical services
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 apps
  • Strong intercultural competence, especially with Asian cultures
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Enjoys working with people and solving problems
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to complex challenges
  • Strong character to drive business and partnerships
  • Professional representation of Lufthansa Technik
  • Willing to travel extensively for business
  • Must possess a legal work permit
