As part of the division relations team, you are involved in the heart of SWISS decision-making, you serve as a Finance Business Partner for multiple divisions of the Lufthansa Group (LHG) and you interact with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

  • Guidance and support on financial matters including business cases and projects
  • Support decision-making by ensuring transparency on financial performance and other parameters
  • Develop and present high-quality forecasts and reports to management
  • Create recommendations and comments regarding business cases and other approval requests to the management board, partially in cooperation with other controllers
  • Liaise with stakeholders from business areas and finance units within SWISS and the LHG
  • Act as quality gate for approval requests regarding completeness of data and compliance
  • Coordinate, approve and update information in internal data systems
  • Identify critical topics and develop recommendations on how to deal with them

  • Ability to translate “the big picture” into accounting requirements
  • English (spoken & written), good German communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel twice per month
