You will be responsible for optimizing product operations, managing projects, and ensuring the smooth running of our support and testing processes. You will play a key role in overseeing the quality assurance of our services, managing interfaces with document editors, and handling release execution.

  • Oversee and further develop our testing team in India to ensure high-quality product outputs
  • Be responsible for our support organization and its process flows, ensuring excellent service delivery and continuous management
  • Act as the main point of contact and manage relationships with document editors, ensuring smooth and effective communication
  • Manage the release processes, ensuring the timely and efficient roll-out of new product updates and features in alignment with Product and Project Steering
  • Provide and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation related to the product and its operations
  • Lead various cross-functional projects, ensuring effective coordination and successful project delivery on time and within scope

  • Degree in IT, business, economics or similar 
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience (e.g. product operations, project management or similar roles) 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead projects to successful completion
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage interfaces with various stakeholders
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of document management systems
  • Advantageous: Experience with testing and DevOps processes
  • Advantageous: Experience working in aviation industry
  • Fluent in German and English
