The Full Stack Developer is responsible for:

  • Developing administration and IT systems that support complex operational processes (such as RTPA, IMS, etc.)
  • Creating solutions that enhance transparency of maintenance and quality procedures, as well as performance measuring - including the development of insightful KPIs
  • Developing tools that enable full traceability of tooling, material, logistics and procurement transactions
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of administration and IT systems 
  • Acting as a key point of contact for any updates or changes to systems and procedures, ensuring clear communication and proper implementation
  • Delivering training sessions to users, especially after system updates or major changes, supporting knowledge sharing and smooth adoption
  • Participating in projects and actively supporting change management initiatives
  • Regularly reporting your progress and insights to the team leader and Chief Operating Manager

The ideal Full Stack Developer should meet the following requirements:

  • University engineering degree
  • Advanced IT knowledge (MS Office, IQ Move, ERP Systems)
  • Required knowledge in MS Office, VBA, SQL (MySQL preferred), JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Server management skills preferred
  • Basic knowledge of business administration
  • Good English knowledge, German language skills are desirable
  • Experience in change management preferable
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Clear and effective verbal, written, and visual communication
  • Organized with good time and resource management
  • Able to stay focused and perform well under pressure
