You will support SWISS Ground Operations in driving hospitality initiatives, develop communication measures, and contribute to concepts that bring hospitality to life on the ground – both in Zurich and Geneva.
- Support the planning, coordination, and evaluation of hospitality trainings across SWISS Ground Operations
- Assist in developing a follow-up concept to reinforce hospitality standards beyond the initial training phase
- Contribute to communication efforts that promote a hospitality mindset within SWISS Ground Operations and among service partners
- Identify opportunities to embed hospitality principles into daily routines
- Support the preparation and launch of the hospitality training initiative at Geneva Airport (GVA)
- Provide guidance on hospitality aspects within the development of new lounges at Zurich Airport (ZRH)

While prior work experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for a motivated, self-driven and enthusiastic personality with a strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in hospitality and customer experience.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially MS PowerPoint
- Workload Specification: For this position, an 80-100% workload is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education with a specialization in business administration, hospitality, tourism management or related fields
- Prior knowledge or interest in hospitality, communication or customer experience is a plus
- A customer- and service-minded working style, with a hands-on mentality and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and conceptual skills, paired with the ability to work independently
- A quick comprehension, high level of initiative, and the ability to think in contexts and interdependencies, with empathy for both customers and employees
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, French is a plus
