 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Controller  to join our team.

Ensure real-time monitoring of maintenance activities and support document and administrative management, ensuring complete traceability of technical interventions and the correct preparation of data for invoicing.

  • Monitor ongoing and planned maintenance activities.
  • Check that the work sheets and technical documentation are correctly filled in.
  • Collect and validate the hours worked, hangar time utilization and the material used.
  • Monitor the use of maintenance spaces (hangars, yards, etc.), materials and equipment to be correctly invoiced to the customer
  • Support the management of Technical Records, including digital and physical archiving.
  • Work with OCC duty engineering and production to ensure regulatory compliance (EASA Part-145). Compliance
  • Prepare technical reports and data for the invoicing of the work carried out
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, MSO, finance and operations department to optimize time and resources.
  • Other duties may be required from time to time

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in working in an Aviation MRO environment (base maintenance experience is considered as a plus)
  • Knowledge of maintenance management systems, considered as a plus (e.g. AMOS, TRAX, OASES).
  • Familiarity with the European Aviation Regulations (EASA).
  • Precision in document management and analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, on all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Flexible, able to work under pressure 
  • Hold a full driver license,
  • Must possess permit to work in Italy
