You will support Lufthansa Group Corporate Security and Crisis Management in active and latent crisis situations and in business continuity management as well as in:

  • advising and supporting Lufthansa Group flight operations and international stations
  • implementing current projects and continuously developing internal processes (e.g. BCM)
  • tasks in stakeholder and quality management
  • the creation of presentations and project-related documents for the visual preparation of information (e.g. newsletters, templates, dashboards)
  • preparing, conducting and documenting crisis exercises and training sessions
  • the organization of workshops, events, team events etc. within the Lufthansa Group Corporate Security and Crisis Management Community

In order to complete an internship, you must fulfill the following requirements in addition to an interest in security and crisis topics:

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and mandatory proof must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Interest in familiarizing yourself with unfamiliar areas of responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
