This role requires a strong background in interior engineering, and a passion for creating cutting-edge solutions that meet the highest standards of safety and quality to develop and constantly improve cabin standard concepts that meet safety, comfort, and aesthetic requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure correct cleaning, on-/off-wing repairs, and touch-ups as per the latest
industry standards - Selecting potential PMA / EPA components in compliance with FAA / EASA regulations and industry standards and
providing technical support and guidance to manufacturing and quality teams - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PMA / EPA components into our products
- Analyse and evaluate the performance and reliability of existing galley inserts, identifying areas for improvement
- Manage galley insert shop visits, overhaul programs and modification campaigns
- Liaises with suppliers and manufacturers for general improvements and support internal shops in building up their repair competences

- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cabin interior standards
- Strong knowledge of FAA / EASA regulations and certification processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
