As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end management of assigned projects - from initiation to closure, including final reporting. You’ll coordinate cross-functional workstreams, lead teams (directly and indirectly), and ensure smooth execution aligned with business goals.
You’ll also steer international projects across our shared service centers and other global locations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Independently managing projects using agile and/or traditional methodologies
- Creating and managing project budgets and timelines
- Acting as the main coordination point with stakeholder departments
- Managing risks, resources, and communication flows
- Ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
- Supporting process transitions and migrations

We are specifically seeking candidates with proven, hands-on experience in project management.
Must-have qualifications:
- Solid professional experience in project management (min. 3 years)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Excellent command of English
- Academic degree in a business-related field
- Independent, systematic, and solution-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience with transitions/migrations
- German language skills
- Readiness to travel occasionally
- Experience in multicultural or corporate environments
