As the Key Account Manager, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:
- Contractual manager of large customer accounts for the Open Loop product
- Financial responsibility (profit / loss) for all assigned accounts including upselling new products and services
- Responsible for cost controlling, analysis, and reporting of existing contracts. Implement strategies to improve performance
- Negotiate contract amendments in cooperation with Sales
- Act as interface with internal stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and work to resolve discrepancies as they occur
- Initiate and drive improvements of products and processes
- Report results written and verbally in review meetings to customer and top management
- Process documentation according to instructions and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or equivalent Master’s degree is an advantage
- 2 - 3 years of experience in aviation, account management, customer service or sales & marketing required
- Technical/engineering experience a plus
- Fluency in English language required
- German language desirable
- Knowledge in aviation MRO, accounting, controlling, financials, technical/engineering required
- Knowledge in SAP and Business Warehouse desirable
- Expert-level skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Responsible of budget, costs and revenue
- Willingness to travel
- Shift work / overtime
- Manage constant time pressure
- Manage high stress levels
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
