Your main tasks include, among others:
- Optimize financial tools and support new IT process development using statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Enhance cost breakdown and performance tools to deliver preprocessed data to business areas and projects
- Translate user needs into functional specs for automation and business solutions, prioritizing by impact and feasibility
- Analyze financial workflows to identify improvement opportunities and boost efficiency
- Use ERP systems, SQL, and MS Power tools to generate insights and enhance processes
- Recommend and design automated solutions to streamline financial processes and ensure system integration

- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- Master’s degree desirable
- 2–3 years’ experience in Business Analytics or related field required
- Fluency in English required; German skills desirable
- Strong knowledge of aviation, process optimization, statistics, and business analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, SQL, Power BI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, cost-conscious, and mathematically proficient
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability under pressure
- Willingness to travel and handle high stress levels
- Assessment screening may be required
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
