Lufthansa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Consultant to support our legal department by giving operational background decisions, ensuring smooth, compliant, and effective communication with legal bodies and stakeholders.
- Manage and respond to legal inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate and process communications from legal authorities such as National Enforcement Bodies, Alternative Dispute Resolution entities, and Consumer Protection Organizations
- Serve as a point of contact for lawyers representing Lufthansa, providing accurate and timely responses
- Investigate legal and paralegal claims in accordance with established guidelines
- Collaborate with internal departments and external authorities to ensure smooth information flow
- Handle essential administrative responsibilities including database maintenance
- Support the team with occasional ad-hoc assignments as needed

- University Degree or Completed Apprenticeship would be beneficial
- Previous experience in a legal, administrative, or compliance-related role is a plus
- Previous experience in the airline industry would be advantageous
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in maintaining and updating internal databases
- Fluency in German and in English, both spoken and written - this criteria is a must
