As the Maintenance/Cyclean Technician, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsabilities, incluiding:

  • Troubleshoot and repair Rooftop Air Conditioning and Heating Units
  • Troubleshoot electrical components with multi-meter to diagnose short-circuits, open-circuits, ohms, and amperage
  • Install electric conduit raceways, gang boxes and disconnects
  • Wire AC or DC electric circuits to load bearing components of 12 to 480 volts
  • Reading blueprints, schematics, and drawings of systems for the purpose of determining the efficient installation of new or upgraded systems
  • Plumb Steel and/or PVC piping for air, water, drains and sanitary sewer
  • Replace and repair sewer lift-station pumps and components
  • Repairs or replaces defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools and reassembles equipment
  • May drive vehicle as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • At least 5 years of experience in Maintenance/Cyclean Technician
  • Fluency in English required
  • Journeymen License or five years verifiable skilled experience (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
  • Knowledge in Cyclean system and device maintenance
  • Basic knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent business sense
  • Excellent detail oriented
