As a SENIOR DATA ANALYST, I am delivering real impact in digitizing the travel experience of our clients. Next to providing clear insights I keep an eye on the bigger picture with regards to Data Analytics in a Value Stream. I also, I bring the data-driven mindset of our ecosystem to the next level.
- I drive and improve the quality of data collection architecture, reports, metrics and analyses on team-overarching level in the Digital Hangar
- I conduct strategic cross-team analysis and can aggregate across products and analyze cross-functional KPIs
- I closely align with business and management teams to assess business needs
- I collaborate with both leadership team and product teams to identify possibilities for improvement and adaptations regarding their digital products
- I handle strategic prioritization of analytics topics in my VS while adhering to overarching guidelines and guardrails
- I assess and track the data maturity in my VS and enable product teams to improve such
- I can stand my ground and present, negotiate and discuss my findings constructively

- I have at least 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Previous experience mentoring or coaching digital analyst colleagues
- Experience in digital data collection (tracking), Firebase and/or tag management systems
- Experience in standard digital analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience with AB testing, personalization, customer data platforms, and/or data activation is a plus
- Knowledge of software-development processes, dependencies and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL…), reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) and cloud platforms (esp. Microsoft Azure)
- Ambition to master unstructured data and large datasets
- Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it
- Very good command of English language
