As a SENIOR UX/UI Designer I improve overarching user-flows and act as the voice of the customer in our organization. I optimize team set-ups, agency relationships and features of our products along the customer journey, support innovation initiatives and prototyping workshops and design sprints.

  • I lead end-to-end UX design efforts, from discovery to delivery together with other practitioners, business owners, product owners, and cross functional teams (developers, designers, editors)
  • I shape the product vision in close collaboration with product managers
  • I drive design consistency and accessibility across productsI translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive experiences
  • I do prototype, model user flows and drive interface design creation within a design system and style guides to improve and leverage UX/UI quality I foster user research, install UX methodologies and advocate for user-centric thinking across the organizationI am strong in storytelling, information architecture, digital copy creation along the customer journey
  • I manage the capacity of external design agency

  • At least 8 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in user experience, media design, human computer interaction, interface or interaction design
  • Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools)
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility
  • Proven expert knowhow on digital content (online readability, conciseness, graphical elements, SEO, WCAG)
  • Proven track record of understanding of user centricity, target groups, user scenarios, user dialogues
  • Experience in working in cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
  • Comfortable and competent to align user centered thinking in an agile working environment 
  • Very good communication skills and very good command of English language
