As the Engine Records Specialist, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsabilities, incluiding:

  • Maintaining various active and historical engine maintenance records for the QA Department 
  • Collaborate with QA and Engineering teams to certify engines
  • Scan and upload all engine documentation to event folders
  • Create event inductions books for engineering
  • Perform documentation research in support of Engine Division logbooks
  • Serve as a point of contact for OEM Manual accounts and edoc
  • Develop and maintain engine records process performance (KPI’s) reports as needed
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
  • Ensure quality standards are met and maintained pertaining to engine maintenance records requirements. Including FAA, Customer and Internal requirements

 * All other duties as assigned or required by the Quality Assurance Manager
