Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Key point of contact in Segment Aircraft Component Service between Sales Teams in the Americas, EMEA and APAC and Lufthansa Technik’s global production network
  • Provide data analysis support to the Lufthansa Technik sales and fulfillment teams in all regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC)
  • Transfer of customer requirements and market feedback into the global Lufthansa Technik production organization
  • Provide technical guidance to global component sales managers in alignment with local engineering teams in the Americas, Europe and Asia
  • Development of advanced pricing structure for Lufthansa Technik component products including bundling of existing products
  • Work in various ERP systems, SQL, R, Business Intelligence tools and other data analytical tools

If you want to be the next Sales Development & Analytics Manager, you must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 years of experience in aviation MRO experience required
  • Experience in project management, business analytics required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German, Portuguese and/or Spanish language desirable
  • Konwledge in aviation MRO and trading industry required
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft as expert
  • Good Skills of SAP/R3 software desirable
  • Good Skills of Tableau, KNIME or comparable software
  • Good Skills of data base programs such as Access and SQL
  • Excellent presentation skills (capable of giving technical presentations to groups of up to 10 people)
  • Ability to understand and manage complexity in a cultural environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to travel (domestic and international)
