Your main task will be to support the setup of Jira, manage delivery and project tasks for a PowerApp project, and ensure quality assurance.
Additionally, your tasks include:
- Toolset Analysis: Help gather, analyze, and document the current tools
- Communication: Manage meetings and communication within the project & work with the BPA Automation Delivery Manager to propose optimized IT solutions
- Requirement Analysis: Define, gather, analyze, and document business and IT needs from various stakeholders
- Scenario Development: Create and support new toolset scenarios or changes to existing ones
- Validation: Validate and verify scenarios and solutions post-project
- Testing: Conduct user acceptance tests (UAT) with BPA Team members
- Project Management: Act as the main contact with support from the Senior Project Manager
- Process Improvement: Suggest improvements using agile methods like SCRUM or Kanban
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a Master's or Bachelor's degree (preferably in Project Management, Computer Science and Econometrics, or IT in Business)
- Skills in Microsoft Power Apps
- Understanding of IT project management methodologies (like Agile)
- Familiarity with business modeling tools (such as Visio) and ticketing tools (like JIRA or ServiceNow)
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher)
