Your tasks as the Intern in Marketing may include, among others:

  • Active involvement in B2C and B2B marketing activities, advertising, activations, and social media for Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines under the Marketing Manager for Lufthansa Group
  • Support in coordination and managing communication between suppliers and partners for sponsored and produced marketing events
  • On-site assistance for events outside of traditional 9 to 5pm hours, including travel to other areas outside of New York
  • Exposure to the Americas adaptation of the global advertising strategy
  • Assisting with integrated advertising planning, media selection process for traditional, and digital channels
  • Compiling and producing executive summaries for reporting of all marketing activities

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • Advanced students (Intermediate diploma) in business administration/marketing with strong academic performance
  • 2 semesters completed in before the start of the internship
  • Previous practical experience in advertising and/or marketing
  • International experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the advertising industry & all channels including Digital, Social Media, and Events
  • Fluency in English language is required
  • Ability to work independently & under pressure
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commitment to customer service
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office)
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
