As the Project & Process Manager, Training & Communication, you will perform the following duties:
- Enhance and manage training programs for the US based Corporate Procurement department in close collaboration with the central training team
- Develop and implement communication plans for all USM products and activities
- Design and execute effective change management strategies to achieve optimal project results
- Manage projects to improve the existing IT landscape within the Corporate Procurement division
- Develop and implement new processes for the purchase and trade of used serviceable material
- Conduct workshops for procurement processes with customer service, vendors, suppliers, logistics, finance, and IT department
- Participate in larger projects to implement process or organizational changes within the USM division of Lufthansa Technik

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED desirable
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- Fluency in English language required
- Basic knowledge of the aviation aftermarket business
- Knowledge about process optimization techniques (e.g. LEAN)
- MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint, basic programming skills, SAP, VISIO as expert
- UX - User Experience
- UI - User Interface
- Strong creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Proficient in conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into actionable designs
- Awareness of UX methodologies
- Interest in current IT trends and technologies, with a willingness to stay updated
- Willingness to travel
- Manage constant time pressure
- Manage high stress levels
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
