Your main tasks include, among others:
- Account and customer service management
- Calculate and prepare repair quotes
- Upselling for next business from existing customers
- Be in contact with customers to align specific demands
- Create and manage account reports as well as develop KPIs
- Grow Customers accounts
- Support budgeting and customer revenue development
- Analyze and perform profit and cost evaluation
- Identify potential improvements and initiate benchmarking for profit optimization
- Determine key profit targets; perform variance analysis, and align with Key Customers requirements
- Ensure contracted service performance, identify improvements and cost reduction potentials
- Ensure continued customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Anticipate special customer requests and participating in Projects
- Technical explanations about aircraft parts
- Understand technical evaluation of damages
- Understand technical evaluation of assets
The ideal Technical Account Manager should meet the following requirements:
- Practical experience in Account Management, preferably of aviation products
- Knowledge in composite parts and/or other comparable aviation products
- Vast knowledge and understanding of the regional business and aviation culture
- Ideally possess concrete networks in the Middle East market
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving abilities
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Able to demonstrate strong research and organizational skills
- Team player with a collaborative and strategic mindset
- Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Proactive and innovative
- Willing to travelling abroad
- Fluent in English extra language added advantage
- IT proficiency esp. MS Office
- Practical experience in Engineering, preferably with aviation products (e.g., as an inspector, certifying mechanic, or similar roles)
