  • Developing HR document templates in ESCRIBA Designer in line with corporate and legal standards
  • Developing content, IT structures and the logic behind it
  • Shaping the document creation experience for ESCRIBA Composer users
  • Developing and performing system and process tests regarding efficiency and quality
  • Processing incoming change requests for documents
  • Managing and administrating content of existing documents in response to new corporate policies, laws and regulations
  • Performing troubleshooting for ESCRIBA Composer users
  • Facilitating communication between different parties
  • Suggesting and developing system, workflow and process improvements
  • Initiating research for different parties (PM, operational teams, lawyers, managers) and acting as a consultant for the document creation process
  • Developing correspondence between different existing IT tools and systems
  • Developing and updating internal procedures and process descriptions
