You oversee mid-term crew capacity planning, ensuring crew capacity meets production demand. You will drive data-driven decision-making, refine planning scenarios, influence crew recruitment and training strategies. You provide strategic guidance and report key insights to senior management.
- Oversee mid-term crew capacity planning processes including forecasting scenarios, ensuring a balance between production demand and crew capacities
- Oversee mid-term crew absence allocation, freelance utilization, and part-time workforce distribution
- Oversee mid-term crew training and recruiting demand forecasts based on capacity requirements and align with key interfaces
- Recommend optimization guidelines for planning parameters to enhance crew satisfaction, operational stability and crew productivity
- Further develop crew planning processes fostering innovation, automation and best usage of crew management systems
- Lead, manage and develop the Tactical Crew Capacity Team, fostering a high-performance culture

- Master’s degree in business administration, aviation management, or equivalent education
- Experience in managing teams in complex settings with a diverse set of stakeholders and operational ambiguity
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with 3+ years of experience in airline operations, workforce planning, or similar functions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of aviation industry regulations, workforce planning methodologies, and collective labor agreements is strongly favored
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
