Your tasks as an Office Manager / Executive Assistant may include, among others:
- Provide direct administrative support to C-suite executives and senior leadership team
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports and scribe and publish meeting minutes
- Screen and manage communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with all travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Serve as the point of contact for office-related issues or requests from staff
- Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders on various projects incl. office events and employee activities

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Vocational training required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role required
- 3+ years of experience in international business environment required
- Business fluent in English language required
- French language is considered an asset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Exceptional communication skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to occasional travel for work
- Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
- Psychological aptitude test, if applicable
