Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Build relationships with premium customers and ensure personalized service
  • Act as a customer care ambassador if assigned
  • Ensure staff embodies product philosophy and service standards
  • Conduct daily flight briefings and oversee supplier performance
  • Monitor and optimize station processes, including flight operations and special services
  • Support the Station Manager in handling conflicts and alternate airport operations
  • Foster quality awareness and intervene in service shortcomings
  • Oversee administrative tasks, audits, and cost control measures
  • Ensure safety, security, and emergency response compliance
  • Supervise staff, duty rosters, and training logistics
  • Maintain communication with authorities, passengers, and internal teams

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required; college, bachelor’s, or master’s degree desirable
  • 2-3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in ground operations
  • Leadership experience required
  • Fluency in English required; German/other languages desirable
  • Knowledge of LHG operator specifics, other airlines, and airport procedures
  • Training in Passenger Service, Aircraft Handling, Leadership, and Safety Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel formulas, and Campus-supported software
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicts
  • Legal work permit in the U.S. required; psychological assessment may apply
  • Willingness to travel, work shifts/overtime, and lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and high-stress environments
