Your job profile is mutually challenging and exciting. Given your analytical background and strong interest in IT, you will help our teams to shape the future reporting landscape and to provide meaningful analytical insights in the field of revenue management at SWISS.
- A challenging role within the Revenue Management department with a focus on business intelligence
- You will help to enhance existing reporting solutions as well as conceptualize and develop new web-based dashboards and reports to identify possibilities to further improve our reporting landscape
- You will help to automate reporting processes with various links to different systems, technologies and stakeholders
- Actively shape the reporting toolbox with your own ideas to enable our teams for an effective and efficient usage
- You have the unique opportunity to get familiar with the airline industry accompanied by official Lufthansa Group trainings

- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates in informatics, business administration or similar education (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
- Knowledge of at least one High-level programming language (Python is an asset)
- Knowledge of Tableau or any other data visualization software or library is a plus
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Team-player with strong communication and social skills
- Ability to break complex subjects down to their essential components
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills; must be competent at writing and illustrating analysis and presentations
- Ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization, clearly articulating subject matters in a persuasive manner
- Very good spoken and written English skills
