- I partner with business leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to develop and implement learning strategies that are aligned with the companies’ objectives
- I own the performance process and the continuous improvement of career development that support individual aspirations and organizational culture and needs
- I develop and roll out learning initiatives, owning all stages of Consult – Design – Deliver – Measure to ensure effective and relevant solutions
- I evaluate the success of learning initiatives through metrics and feedback loops, constantly iterating and improving
- I manage learning platforms and other tools to optimize the learning experience while ensuring efficient processes
- I stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in learning and development

- At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Talent Development or HR Strategy with a focus on performance & skills development
- Profound knowledge in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing comprehensive learning programs
- Expertise in learning methodologies, competency-based development, instructional design, and/or coaching
- Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management
- Willingness to go the extra mile with a “doer” mentality
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it
- Very good command of English language
