You will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects while also leading smaller initiatives independently. With the right enthusiasm, we'll equip you with all the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.
- Project Support: Assist with planning, scheduling & tracking tasks, including managing documentation and resource allocation. Take the lead in mastering the new project management tool and serve as its ambassador to the team.
- Lead Smaller Initiatives: Independently drive smaller projects, particularly those focused on digitalization or continuous improvement.
- Communication: Ensure clear communication among team members and stakeholders by managing status updates and coordinating meetings.
- Data and Financial Analysis: Help with budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and support the collection and analysis of key project metrics.
- Risk and Quality Management: Assist in identifying potential project risks and performing quality checks to ensure efficient achievement of project goals.

- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in Business Administration, technical fields, or related studies (project assignments may vary based on your background)
- Strong interest in the aviation industry
- Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
- A flexible, open-minded and cooperative individual who thrives in team environments (you’re a people person)
- Very good spoken and written English
- Very good MS Office skills
