  • Educational Background: Master’s degree preferred, or a Bachelor’s with relevant leadership experience.
  • Leadership Drive: Experience as a General Manager or senior manager, or ready to take the next step in driving strategic growth and change.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills across diverse cultures.
  • Team Leadership: Able to inspire and lead teams, ideally within a matrix environment, promoting collaboration and performance.
  • Hands-On Mentality: You’re adaptable, proactive, and focused on making things happen.
  • Business Acumen: Skilled in managing teams and financials with a focus on results and efficiency.
  • People Skills: Natural networker and negotiator, building strong relationships.
  • International Outlook: Comfortable in multicultural environments, open to occasional travel.
